Not Your Mama's Craft Fair
Volunteer Park
November 12 & 13, 2022
Craft Show
WOW - What a great craft fair we all had. Can you believe that we dodged the storm bullet and pulled off the event without a hiccup?
To our many volunteers, we could not have achieved this success without you. Whether you worked the membership table, the main lobby table, the raffle, the kitchen, the booth sitters, the cashiers, the bake sale contributors, or elsewhere…. You are the reason we had such a great event. You all worked so hard, and it showed in every detail throughout the event. And to top it off, you all did it with smiley faces!
You are the very best and, as your event chair, along with your hard-working craft fair committee, we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
P.S. I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge some men who helped us in so many ways. David King and David Vlazny for laying out the entire outside campus vendor spaces, and Mark Gregory for his awesome help in the kitchen.
Your AWESOME craft fair committee: Helen Ackerman, Karinne Bernstein, Roberta Carraway, Claire Clemente, Nancy Dzoba, Renee Flores, Martha Gregory, Lou Ireland, Judy McLeod, Gloria Merritt, Michelle Moskowitz, Beverly Payne, CeCe Ramirez, and Darlene Vlazny.

Many Many Thanks
I would just like to extend my sincere thanks to several incredible people.
As many of you already know, our Craft Show was a tremendous success this year with lots of moving parts. There were so many of our Club ladies in attendance to volunteer. I thank you all for the time you donated to this event.
BUT….I must thank the kitchen help specifically. My co-chair Martha Gregory and her husband Mark really “put their foot” into the BBQ pork and coleslaw, not to mention all their hard work in the kitchen. Mark, you were such a huge help on the stove and crock pots. Thank you!
My helpers: Beverly Payne, Gail Triviz, Addie Travers, Shirley Wiggin, Carole Bennett and Sophia Gibson - the kitchen would not have been as successful as it was without your support. Sandwiches and sides were flying out the door and you were all ready with super-fast service. Huge heartfelt thanks!
Also, I had the help of three angels this year. My student volunteers busted their butts in the kitchen, I was so proud of them. Anything that was needed, they were there to get it done and never rested unless asked. THANK YOU!
I can’t forget my loving sister, Karinne, who made tons and tons of egg salad for this
fundraiser.
The kitchen was busy all weekend and kept us all on our toes. The hot dogs were such a huge hit with everyone! WOW is all I can say!
