Thank you and keep playing the 50/50!

Plantation Woman's Club to the Rescue
Our Plantation Fire Department is very active teaching kids fire safety. In 2002 PwC provided with Fire Department with funds to replace Sparky the Fire truck Robot.
Well, this year Robot Sparky ran out of gas. So we were happy to provide Chief Todd with funds to replace him.
In addition, it’s been six years (2016) since the human Sparky has had new “clothes” (who waits 6 years for new clothes???) So, we were also happy to provide the funds to get Sparky a new Costume.

Give Us the Rrrriiinnnnggggsssss
Our ring count is now at 3,500. Whoooo hooooo!
We have 2,000 reserved for our “Planation Holiday Parade” and the remainder will be for “Light up City Hall”.
Because we have made a few extra, we were happy to donate 129 completed rings that Shirley Wiggin brought in the day of our general meeting.
We donated rings to Jenna Staly and her mom for an assisting living facility in Miami. They will include our rings as a fun little gesture in their holiday goodie bags for the residents.
Again, thank you for the countless hours that were donated by Gail Triviz, Liz Dori, Shirley Wiggin, Renee Flores and Sophia Gibson.
Once we have been proven a success, we will start on rings for the “4th of July parade” and any other event that the rings seem fitting! Who knows, we may need 10,000 rings next year!
