The Plantation Woman's Club would like to extend a special thanks to Louis Reinstein (Council President Pro Tem) for not only attending our event but for stepping in for the mayor last minute who was unable to attend and present the honorees with the Key to the City.  We really appreciate your time celebrating with us.
